The DePuy Synthes Future Leaders Program provides in-person and online education to support residents and fellows in a wide range of surgical specialties throughout the United States and Canada. The program aims to provide the learner with educational opportunities that complement the area of specialty chosen for their residency or fellowship program.
The DePuy Synthes Future Leaders Program website provides anywhere, anytime educational opportunities in a variety of clinical topics. Learners will have the opportunity to view surgeon driven presentations and debates, surgical simulations and approach videos, clinical case study reviews, anatomical resources, and more. Each qualified learner will have the opportunity to accumulate educational credits within their specialty based on their aligned core curriculum. Upon completion of the curriculum DePuy Synthes Future Leaders Program credits can be exchanged for educational materials relevant to their chosen specialty. The online program is only available to residents located in residencies and/or fellowship within the United States and Canada.
The DePuy Synthes Future Leaders Program instructional workshops are live programs designed to provide a comprehensive skills-based learning opportunity to residents and fellows in a wide range of surgical specialties throughout the United States. The curricula for these workshops are aligned with the new Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements. These instructional workshops are open to the residents and fellows in the United States.
